Once you’ve found your dream job on our careers portal, register for an account with your personal information and upload your documents to our system. As soon as we’ve received your documents, you will be sent a confirmation of receipt. Every job vacancy has a contact person in the Human Resources department to whom you can send your cover letter.
The HR department will check your documents, and if you are deemed qualified for the advertised position, they will be forwarded to the relevant department. Applications whose profile matches another role will also be passed on to the department responsible for this position with your permission.
After hearing back from the department, the HR department might invite you to an initial interview at the location in question. The HR officer as well as the prospective line manager will take part in this interview.
A second interview will be held with a closer selection of applicants who did well on the first interview, and a tour of the company will also be given at this time. The HR officer, the prospective line manager, and their superior will take part in this interview.

Why do we ask you about your earliest possible start date and salary expectations?
In general, we want to fill our vacant positions quickly. We are of course aware that many applicants must give notice, and we want to take this period of notice into consideration in our planning. That’s why were interested in knowing the earliest possible start date of our applicants so we can get a feeling for the current job market.
The salary expectations you provide us also give us a first impression of your qualifications and your personal expectations in this respect.
Should we have any questions about any of the topics, we’ll consult with you before meeting the first time. We’re interested in uniting your wishes with our possibilities as closely as we can.
