For the sixth time in a row, Hengst Filtration won first prize in the Aluminum Die-Casting Competition sponsored by the Gesamtverband der Aluminiumindustrie e.V. (GDA) (German Aluminum Industry Association): The expert jury awarded first prize to an oil-coolant fluid management module for Daimler AG's Heavy-Duty Engine Platform (HDEP) engine.

"Blue-on", a product that Hengst developed as a sustainable alternative to spin-on oil filters, was honored with the Münsterland Award for Innovation.

General Motors awarded the Platinum Supplier Status to Hengst because of the On-Time Shipping Performance.

Hengst was awarded as the best commercial vehicle partner from TEMOT. TEMOT is a strategic alliance, operating globally in the independent automotive and commercial vehicles aftermarket since 1994, operating in 54 countries worldwide.

Hengst Kunshan was awarded by Sinotruk as "best cooperation supplier 2016".

Hengst won the internationally renowned award in the 'Optimal Use of Mold Area' category and, in doing so, prevailed over 27 plastics processing companies from 14 countries.

Hengst Kunshan has been nominated the third time in a row by General Motor as "2015 Supplier Quality Excellence Award" winner! Thus Hengst is one of only 141 companies in China and 930 companies worldwide that is awarded in 2015.

The prize as Daimler Supplier of the Year 2013 honors our willingness to build a global network as a strategic partner together with Daimler. In addition, the prize is a recognition for the co-operation which has existed since 1961.The prize also specifically honors our endeavor to implement the modular component concept all over the world, as well as our high competence in the field of filtration and fluid management which is applied in almost all commercial vehicles made by Daimler.

The prize was awarded for the upper part of the oil sump for the 12-cylinder FSI engines in the Audi A8 model developed and produced by Hengst. According to the expert jury it reflects the special advantages of our pressure casting technology. This was the third award in a row that the Hengst Group received in the International Aluminum Pressure Casting Competition - for one of the most advanced casting shops world-wide

Hengst Filter Systems (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. received the "General Motors Supplier Quality Excellence Award" for the excellent delivery ratio without any complaints in the period between July 2013 and June 2014. This award is only given to its top-performing suppliers, recognizing those who meet or exceed the company's strict customer requirements regarding quality and punctual delivery.

Hengst Indústria de Filtros Ltda. was delighted to be one of only two winners of this award in the category "Operational Execellence in Quality". Every year our automotive customer distinguishes from over 300 suppliers only about a dozen companies for their exceptional performance as an OE-supplier. In addition to the excellence quality of our products, the excellent management, our focus on customer needs and the reliability has been identified to be crucial for the award of Hengst and was mentioned in the eulogy.

The Hengst plant in Kunshan, China, received the prestigious Supplier Quality Excellence Award from General Motors in Shanghai for its excellent performance in observing the strict customer requirements in quality and delivery dependability. Expressed in figures: During a period of twelve months Hengst China managed to achieve a 100 per cent delivery quota without receiving a single complaint from Shanghai General Motors.

With the Green Supplier Award, Shanghai General Motors honors successful partners who pledge to comply with the high standards of the company and carry out projects in the fields of sustainability and environmental protection. At its Chinese location in Kunshan, Hengst has managed to permanently reduce production emissions and to reduce the demand for natural resources, such as natural gas.

Chosen from a total of 18,500 suppliers of General Motors: The GM management unanimously awarded the Hengst Group with the GM Supplier of the Year Award, one the biggest and most prestigious awards in the global automotive industry. This award honored our innovations in the field of filtration and fluid management as well as our outstanding service. Hengst supplies filter systems for the new Opel models Cascada, Mokka and Adam, as well as for the Chevrolet Cruze and the Buick Encore.

Our production site in the USA has achieved Gold Supplier Status from GM because it has managed to ensure a continuous delivery quota of at least 98.5 per cent over a period of at least twelve months.

For the casting of the compact fluid management module for heavy commercial vehicles we have received this special award in 2012. The module mentioned was developed for the HDEP motors of the Daimler Truck Group. It combines various functions, and it is especially compact and light due to its cast structure.

With the Bronze Award the third ranking went to the Hengst location of Kunshan, China. More than two hundred automotive suppliers were assessed by Volkswagen Shanghai according to varying criteria. With the bronze award, our perfect service, our customer service and our logistic performance with respect to delivery, dependability and delivery accuracy were honored. The Hengst location in China has been co-operating closely with Volkswagen since 2006.

For the oil circuit group, Hengst received the treasured prize as best supplier of Shanghai General Motors. The award was given in particular for delivery dependability, the very good support during the "series start phase" and for the very high quality of our oil filter modules which we have developed and produced for the 1.6 and 1.8 liter engines of GM.

With this award Hengst received the most renowned prize for plastic in the automotive industry. With the highest honorary award in the powertrain field which is handed out by SPE, the jury honored the development of a plastic module for a V6 Otto engine for Audi. This is a model which combines five functions of filtration.

For the category "multi-function parts", Hengst in 2010 received the first prize. A multi-function part was honored which Hengst developed for engines of the commercial vehicle manufacturer Deutz, and which is currently fitted to Volvo and Renault trucks as a standard feature. The special feature in this component part is its high functional integration around the engine and its fluid management.
