Filter mats for HVAC systems
Filter mats are used as pre-filters in ventilation and air conditioning systems and in industrial processes to protect other filters in supply and exhaust air systems. For example, they serve as the first filter stage in ventilation and air conditioning systems and are used as filters in industrial painting systems. They are specially designed for the filtration of coarse particles. Our Filter mats are classified according to ISO 16890 and are available in ISO Coarse.
Every air filter system is different, which is why we offer a wide range of Filter mats. Our Filter mats are available in different thicknesses and widths. We also offer various filter media with different depth structures. They can be cut to the right size to meet your specific applications and requirements. Our media offer high dust holding capacity without fiber loss in the air stream. For safe filtration into fire hazardous areas, we use a special FireTex® Filter medium.
