MultiForm HEPA
The MultiForm HEPA compact filter features a design with four V-shaped filters made of pleated microglass fiber paper. It covers filtration classes E10, E11, E12, and H13, ensuring comprehensive purification. Its self-supporting, rigid plastic structure provides high mechanical stability. With a large filter area, it provides thorough cleaning and allows for complete incineration, ensuring sustainable disposal. The MultiForm HEPA meets the highest air quality standards through its efficient design and commitment to environmental responsibility.
Special features: Self-supporting, shape-steady, synthetic design with high mechanical stability; great air volume flow with small installation depth; large filter surface; can be completely incinerated
Applications: for filtration of fine and superfine dust, bacteria, pollen etc. in HVAC systems and air handling units of all types, as well as a pre-filter for HEPA filters.

MacroPur BASE
MacroPur BASE filter elements consit of pleated microglass paper. The indivdual folds are seperated from each other using hot melt threads, giving the entire filter pack high stability and utilizing the entire depth of the fold for filtration. The pleats are indivually customized and optimized in their arrangements depding on the particular application in order to achieve the maximum amount of service life. The filter packs are are cast into a fully air tight MDF wooden frame. The MacroPur BASE is mainly used on applications of microelectronics, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, microbiology and food production.

MacroPur FV
MacroPur FV filter elements consit of pleated microglass paper. The indivdual folds are seperated from each other using hot melt threads, giving the entire filter pack high stability and utilizing the entire depth of the fold for filtration. The pleats are indivually customized and optimized in their arrangements depding on the particula application in order to achieve the maximum amount of service life. The filter packs are arranged in V-shaped compartments and are cast into a fully air tight galvanized steel frame.

MacroPur Aluminium
Filter elements MacroPur Aluminum consist of a dual layer filtermedium is made up of microglass paper and aluminimun separators are used as spacers. The Aluminum separtors serve to stablize the filter pack and ensure utiltizing the entire filter surface effecitively for filtration. The filter packs are cast air tight into a wooden frame using polyurethane bonding fluid. The filter is used in areas such as microeletronics, chemical and pharamceutical industries, as well as food production.

MicroPur
MircoPur filter elements (filter class E11) consist of special, paper-like fleece made of superfine micro-glass fibres that have different filtration and air-flow capacity depending on the filter class. The filter fleece is processed to form a stable package of folds; number and height of folds are designed for maximize product life and to match the optimal rated operating points and long service intervals. The individual folds are separated down to the entire depth by continuous synthetic threads (hot melt) that are bonded together, which provides great stability and even thread runs as a result of the compact fold structure. The packages of folds are cast airtight in robust frames. A number of different framing material is available.

MicroPur FV
MicroPur FV filters consist of special paper-like fleece made of superfine micro glass fibers with different air flow capacities. The filter fleece is folded into pleat packets. The number and height of the pleats is optimally adapted to the respective area of application and with the longest possible service intervals. The individual pleats are kept at a distance with the help of melted plastic threads, so that the filter is extremely stable and the entire filter surface is utilized. The pleat packs are installed in a V-shaped design in an airtight, robust galvanized steel frame.

The filter packs are are cast into a fully air tight aluminum frame. The AbsoPur BASE is mainly used on applications of microelectronics, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, microbiology and food production.

UltraPur F
UltraPur filter elements are used in clean rooms. The filter elements consit of pleated microglass paper. The indivdual folds are seperated from each other using hot melt threads, giving the entire filter pack high stability and utilizing the entire depth of the fold for filtration. The filter packs are bonded into an air-tight Aluminium frame and are equipped with a grip protection on the clean air side of the filter. These filters are ideal for usage in air treatment systesn with high requirments of airborne particle removal, mainly found in air inlet ceilings or walls of clean rooms of laminar air flow. The filter element UltraPur is used in microelectronics, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, microbiology as well as food production.
