Hengst has opened a new training center for employees on a former warehouse site in Münster. The aim of this "Training Center" is to train new employees and to qualify and further train existing employees.

The training area is used to teach employees how to use a wide range of machines such as drills, milling machines, lathes and CNC machines. A 3D printer, a robot arm and practice stations for understanding and learning pneumatics and electrics in practice are also available at the training center. In addition to practical work, trainees can also prepare for theoretical examinations here. The Lernwerk offers a space where learning can take place undisturbed.

In order to create such a great place, a team of around 45 trainees mainly took on the renovation work themselves and worked together to refurbish, paint and repair the hall and various pieces of equipment.
