Your career fields in production at Hengst

Production employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a production employee (m/f/d) at Hengst:

As a production employee at Hengst, you are responsible for assembling our by placing parts/individual components. Quality checks are carried out on the end products, finished parts are packaged and, of course, our systems have to be cleaned regularly.

Applicantsshould ideally havesome work experience in the manufacturing industry, an interest in production and a willingness to work in three shifts.

Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) at Hengst:

As a machine and plant operator at Hengst, you will be responsible for the supervision and operation of an automated production plant, including troubleshooting and fault rectification. This includes maintenance and repair work, checking the quality of the end product and documenting the results and faults.

Applicantsshould ideally have completed commercial/technical training or alternatively have several years' experience in a similar role. You have an interest in technology, especially complex machines, andare willing to work in three-shift operation.

Tool mechanic (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a tool mechanic (m/f/d) at Hengst:

As a tool mechanic at Hengst, you will beresponsible for the maintenance and repair of die casting and injection molding tools, for theproduction of spare parts for production tools and fixtures using manual manufacturing processes (e.g. turning, drilling, grinding), for the production of new tools (e.g. three-plate tools) and for the testingof injection molding tools from external suppliers.

Applicants shouldhave completed technical training (ideally as a tool mechanic), ideally with initial work experience. Technical interest, knowledge of machining injection molds and a willingness to work in three-shift operation are also required.

Setter (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a setter (m/f/d) at Hengst:

As a setter at Hengst, you will be responsible for setting up and operating production equipment, carrying out maintenance and repair work, optimizing set-up and setup processes, carrying out and documenting quality checks and instructing and supervising production employees at their workstations.

Applicants shouldideally have completed industrial/technical training (e.g. as a machine and plant operator), or alternatively have several years of experience in a similar job and in industrial production. In addition,technical understanding and knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics aredesirable as well as the willingness to work in three-shift operation.

Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) at Hengst:

As a cutting machine operator at Hengst, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machines, manufacturing individual parts and small batches, carrying out necessary repair and maintenance work and continuously improving set-up and setup processes.

Applicants shouldhave completed technical training in a metalworking profession (ideally as a cutting machine operator), initialprofessional experience in working with CNC (milling) machines and a keen technical interest and understanding.

Process mechanic (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a process mechanic (m/f/d) at Hengst:

As a process mechanic at Hengst, you will be responsible for programming, operating and equipping our state-of-the-art injection molding machines and robot systems. In addition, you will also be responsible for optimizing equipment and production processes, for maintenance work in close cooperation with plant mechanics and maintenance staff and for evaluating test results and deriving the resulting measures.

Applicants shouldhave completed vocational training as a process mechanic in plastics and rubber technology, have experience in the areas of statistical process control, technical thermoplastics and in the production of sophisticated plastic parts, have a strong technical understanding and interest and be willing to work in three-shift operation.
