At the beginning of September, Hengst congratulated its successful junior staff on completing their apprenticeships and dual studies.
Seven young men have successfully completed their vocational training and are now joining the teams at the Münster and Nordwalde sites as permanent employees - including as machine and plant operators, IT specialists, industrial mechanics and process mechanics.
Hengst is also pleased to welcome a new colleague in mechanical engineering: she has successfully completed her dual studies in mechanical engineering, including her training as an industrial mechanic.
We are proud to have once again been able to retain a large number of motivated junior employees this year. At the same time, we are welcoming almost 20 new trainees - a strong signal for the future of our company.

For the young colleagues, this means a successful start to their careers, and for Hengst, a breath of fresh air and valuable reinforcement in the teams.
