Mobile hydraulics - power that moves

A particular highlight is the Blue.on Hydraulik, the sustainable alternative to the classic spin-on filter. With this concept, the housing remains in the system while only the Filter Elements are replaced. This reduces waste, simplifies servicing and lowers operating costs.

In the area of Inline filters, Hengst is presenting the new 250LEN, whose non-circular design has significantly increased its life cycle stability. Depending on the size, up to two million load cycles can be achieved at 350 bar. This means a very high safety reserve under dynamic load. In the non-circular design, the filter head has an elliptical shape, which reduces material at the inlet and outlet and thus harmonizes the stress and strain. At the same time, the service life can be extended by up to 10 percent thanks to the patented Cyclone-Effect. The oil flows tangentially to the filter element and heavy dirt particles are transported to the outside, preventing premature blockage of the Filter Elements.

With the Filter Elements from the Pure.Line, Hengst also offers a wide range of hydraulic filter elements for customized performance, which map different maintenance and service concepts.

As a development partner of renowned manufacturers, Hengst also supplies customized solutions for individual requirements. As an OEM supplier, Hengst will also be presenting high-quality feed circuit filters and Filter Elements for axial piston pumps at Agritechnica, which ensure clean oil in the closed hydraulic circuit.
