The HE high-performance bag filters are manufactured using our innovative hydroentanglement (HE) process. In this process, the fibers are precisely intertwined and compacted with the help of water. This creates a particularly homogeneous filter medium with noticeable benefits:

Conventional polyester filter bags are usually manufactured using the needle felt process. This creates comparatively larger pore structures, which facilitate the penetration of dust particles. The dust settles inside the medium, which leads to a faster increase in pressure and a shorter service life.
The HE high-performance bag filters from Hengst Filtration, on the other hand, are based on an optimized material structure that enables more effective surface filtration. As a result, the dust remains more on the surface, the cleaning behavior is improved and the pressure increase is significantly slower.
