Using respirators correctly

For reliable respiratory protection, it is crucial that a half mask fits tightly. Some models are therefore available in different sizes and the length of the straps can be individually adjusted for certain masks. However, the important thing to remember with all masks is that they can only fully fulfill their protective function if they are worn correctly. Please refer to the manufacturer's information on the Packaging.

What filter classes are there?

FFP masks FFP masks protect against the inhalation of very small, harmful particles such as droplets and aerosols - including those that other people may have exhaled.Filtering half masks are classified as FFP1, FFP2 or FFP3 depending on the retention capacity of the Particle filter. The higher the number, the greater the protective effect.
